Customer Care

We strive to provide top quality customer care. If you have any questions about your order or our products and services don't hesitate to use our contact us page and get in touch. We reserve the right to limit our communications to business hours only, we need our downtime too! 

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy and safety are very important to us. We will never share your information with third parties. Ever. We promise. 


We require down payments on custom orders. The down payment is due as soon as we have finished hammering out the details of your floral order have presented you with a quote that is agreed upon by both parties. The down payment is 50% of the total cost and is non-refundable. 


Unfortunately sometimes life happens and despite the best planning you will need to cancel an order from us that you were super excited about. We are sad too, we love making our customers happy. 

Floral Order Cancellation: 

Everyday flowers. For everyday flower orders that use blooms we already have on hand in our cooler you can cancel anytime up to the day before the requested delivery/pick up date. We will typically try to assemble orders that far in advance and once the stems are cut and arranged they are set in stone as it were. (Well water actually!)

Special Event Flowers. For special events we will typically be ordering flowers in specifically for your event. Yay! That makes you a VIP around here! Unfortunately that means that your cancellation window closes much sooner as we are going out of our way to bring in all those lovely event-specific blooms. You will be able to cancel up to three weeks in advance of your date but after three weeks the flowers will have been ordered and we cannot return them to our wholesaler so we are stuck in a large boat made of blooms.
